No.  Proseries forms availability currently shows that you can file the Composite EXTENSION only. You can print the Composite Return but not e-file until 3/20.  The PET forms still show available 3/20.  Processing these on the CT myconneCT is also very slow and way too much manual input into BOTH the PET and SI forms and vague, with an incomplete print-out of the return data.
