Form 172 was finalized by the IRS on January 31. Pro Series was supposed to finalize this form on 3-6 and is now saying 3-20. Asking a client to wait 7 weeks to file their return is unacceptable.  If Pro Series doesn't provide good service, then we can't either.  When the cost of your service outweighs the benefit, it's time to look for a new provider.
