I must be blind.  I just don't see it.  I have scoured Sch D over and over again because I understand that's where it should be.  I have searched every possible search I can find.  Seems like there would be a search option for all the various 1099 input worksheets but if there is I don't find it.  

Guess I will just put it on an attachment like I've been doing.
