Update. It has now been almost two weeks and Intuit has not fixed the software problem which prohibits me from printing more returns, stating I had used all 50 of my returns when I had only used 6.

I won't bore you with the log of calls I've made and promises I've received over the 11 phone calls I've made. Just wondering if there is any number other than (800) 434-6818 that I can use, or if you have any other suggestions.

So far I've spent > $1,500 extra printing out returns that have already been paid for.
