You evidently didn't get the memo.  For the last couple of weeks there has been a stampede of tax preparers with farming clients complaining about the issue.  The date is still March 6 so if the stampede didn't have any effect on the issue I'm guessing your disapproval of that date isn't going to make a difference either.
