Thanks for the information. I will try to call IDOR and find out if and when the IL return can be filed electronically when filing a Federal 1120-H electronically for the 2024 tax year. If they say it won't be at all for the 2024 tax year, I will ask if it will be OK for the 2025 tax year. And as I stated before; I either file BOTH (Federal & State) returns electronically or BOTH on paper.
