I was on the phone for some time with Intuit support, but they were not able to resolve the issue.  The support rep did escalate the issue, but the person it was passed to called me back 2 or 3 times, but every time it was when I was in the middle of something and couldn't take the call.  I wish instead of cold calling they would set up an appointment time.  After all, if I'm calling about professional tax software in February, there's a good chance I'm busy.

I've had some other issues with my PC and believe the same issues are causing the problem with ProSeries not displaying correctly.  Really hate to do it, but am probably going to reinstall Windows.  Uuugh!
