No, I keep auto save at 1 minute, just in case of a crash in the middle of preparation.  But I know if Im in the federal return and auto save just happened it doesnt prompt me asking if I want to save, it just does it grrrr, but if I switch over to the state before exiting it always asks and if I choose NO, auto save doesnt come into play.

I use Carbonite for automatic cloud backup and I run that after the last client of the day.  Carbonite will run in real time backing up constantly during the day, but I find it makes PS lag and hang alot, so I just pause it until Im done for the day.
