I have choice 200 package. When I print the return, it asks me to purchase pay-per-return. I paid in full, updated software few times, reinstall the software once, but the problem is still there. I reached out to customer care three time and they were failed to fix. I reached out to sales rep, he said to wait on support. A ticket was created 3 days ago with an urgent request to resolve on the same day, but no one called. I had the same request in the following day, but no one called. It is busy season, and there is no support here with ProSeries. Any advise?

Same thing is happening with me! I paid for 200 returns in full and I have only submitted 23.

I called proseries and I had to license.
I first updated the installed products
and after that licensed Proseries
How to update ProSeries software
- From the Update menu, choose Update Installed Products.
- The ProSeries Updater will show that it's checking for updates.
- When the updates are complete, the HomeBase will show Restart ProSeries to apply updates under Messages from ProSeries.
- Either click on Restart ProSeries to apply updates and select Yes, or close ProSeries.
- From the Tools menu, select License Products.
- Make sure the Firm Information and select OK.
- Product licenses will appear. Make sure your product license information is correct and select Close.
