Yes, I finally had to call Proseries support, which took probably at least 20 min from connecting to talking to doing, which is why I do not like to call support because it takes much time, wish there was another way to submit the errror to Proseries online. The rep submitted a request to resolve Proseries technical error.  I never received an email response, but it did take about a week for them to update/patch the error.
