Just in case anybody else has the same issue that I had, the problem is solved.  I had to reach out to the President's office at Intuit, and someone higher up in the tech support called me back and fixed it.  It had to do with my change of email address and some authentication ID on Intuit's back end.  Once he fixed that with my email it worked.
