I have an adult client who received a 1098-T form. He qualifies for the Lifetime Learning Credit. I am getting an error to complete the Due Diligence checklist, but he is not getting the American Opportunity Credit.  LLC is not listed on the DD checklist. If I check the AOC box it shows an error that he didn't receive that. If I do not check any box I get an error that I need to complete the DD checklist.  Suggestions to clear this error would be greatly appreciated!
