Was it a federally declared disaster? Client gave me FEMA registration number and FEMA I.D. 3897. Does it have to start with either EM or DR? It's my first attempt at Form 4684. I filled out the worksheet, but it didn't transfer to Sch A. Any help will be appreciated!
