Musician client lives in an apartment.  He has his large recording studio in his apartment, and a separate room for music equipment storage only.  He is claiming the music studio, and storage room take up 75% of his apartment.  Any opinions on the large % claimed?  I don't want red flags popping up.  Thank you!
