I think format is a deal breaker. 
This is looking like a worksheet and not an actual form. 

I just got off the phone with ProSeries and they seem unbothered by it. But maybe there will be an update but no idea when. 

I have hundreds of forms that need to go out. I’m not explaining to all my companies that “Eh… this should be acceptable”

This worksheet might have all the information but as a preparer, I would have asked questions if it came into my office. 

Poor customer service and poor programming on Intuit’s part.
