Please review earlier postings regarding this error. Here it is again.....

I followed the instructions and after installing both I restarted my computer, and it WORKED!

I was getting all the same errors and tried the same fixes, but nothing worked. I ended up disabling Avast antivirus and then I was able to install successfully.
