It looks like the authorities arrested someone for the one of the highest profile crimes this week, but there is someone out there that has dodged arrest for much longer.  I saw a story in my local newspaper this morning about somebody that has evaded capture no matter how hard they have tried to catch him.  So if you see this face, don't try to approach him, just contact the appropriate officials and let them take over.

If you have a couple of minutes, do a Google search for "Scrim the dog" and read one of the stories.  His last escape involved jumping out of a second story window to find freedom.  He has quite the resume.
