One of the updates is screwing up the IT-216 form in NYS. This has not been an issue before now.

I have 3 kids on Federal the return, but only 2 had dependent care.  Only the two with the daycare are transferring (as it should be) but the software is putting a 0 on line 3.  Can't override it, can't delete it.  I am getting asked further down if I can claim and exemption for the third child.....checking yes or no does not clear the issue (as expected) .  Also tried putting third kid on that line just to see if it would clear and getting "should not enter directly on the form" errors.
