I am unable to open my 2019 Pro Serries Tax program. I get error message "Unable to validate credentials". I need to fix this ASAP. Please help me someone.
Go to your Windows Start button Programs/.Apps menu, find Proseries 2019 and run the Connected Customer option beneath it.
@T_a_ni24 Please update the ProSeries 2019 tax software and try to login.
