I have the invoice numbers and amounts in my homebase. you can export that to excel and run a sum of the column.

ProSeries will not give you a total. It's not a built-in function. Your only option if you bill through ProSeries is to either (a) keep a separate list in Excel or similar, or(b) change your HomeBase view to include the invoice amount and then export the HomeBase view to Excel or similar and total it that way.
