Have you checked in My Account on the ProSeries website to see if these three were accepted and your system just hasn't updated?  Have you tried selecting these three from the E-File Homebase and instead of update e-file for all, update e-file for only these three?  Beyond that, we as other tax preparers would not know why your clients files were not accepted.
