Yesterday, mid-day, our firm and preparer information was not showing up on returns. Errors were popping up because preparer code didn't match anyone. Click through to see it all blank. Outside of a return, our information is still there.

I have experienced this for years. Some days worse than others. Did you ever get a solution? I've spent way too much time with tech support only to be told they don't know what the issue is.
