Affecting one, a few, or all returns? 

Network-- affecting all machines

whoops -- affecting all returns as well. 

I'm checking for updates now even though I tried that yesterday.

I'm tentatively optimistic.  It seems to be working now with the latest update. 

I am just experiencing this and are looking for some answers. It seems not to accept my update therefore errors persists. Are there solutions?

I am experiencing the same thing....was this issue ever resolved???
