My client is a resident of NJ working in the city of Philadelphia. His W2 reports no PA sourced income, but reports Philadelphia Local Income (along with taxes paid).  I know he's able to claim a credit for the Philadelphia local income tax paid but I'm unable to figure out  what to enter for the PA information in his W2
