got that right.. i schedule every half hour for basic returns even though I can get a return done in six minutes. i do that because someone may be late or early and sometimes they bring other returns for me to do. one client 10 minutes late today.. messes up my production but i still got them in and out in ten minutes..(they insisted on small talk, something i avoid at all costs)
