Sorry, that's almost all I got.  When I tried it for the heck of it, the restore button was dark but if I clicked engagement letter and then went back to standard client letter I had access to the restore button.  The only other things I would try is to reboot your computer and try doing it again and if that didn't work, I would try opening a new client and see if that does anything for you.
