While in a client, if you click on "letter" and then select "standard client", the next window that pops open should have a "restore" option.

Try clicking on one of the other letters and see if that "un-darkens" it.

No, it's the same. View and Edit buttons are still working, but Restore remains dark...

Sorry, that's almost all I got.  When I tried it for the heck of it, the restore button was dark but if I clicked engagement letter and then went back to standard client letter I had access to the restore button.  The only other things I would try is to reboot your computer and try doing it again and if that didn't work, I would try opening a new client and see if that does anything for you.
