Is your email 64 bit?  Do you have the 'desktop' version of Outlook on your computer?

I do have the desktop version.

I am not sure if it is 64 Bit as I am not able to find where it shows that or where to change it. I am using the new version of Outlook for Windows.

I think it usually automatically does the 64bit, but the link below shows how to check:

Yes I had looked at that link but my version doesn’t have the about outlook button so I can’t view it. Is their any other issues it could be other than the 64 bit encryption?
