There is no detailed instructions available for getting esignature through Proseries and I receive different answers from support. Its common for business efile signature requests to fail and I'm trying to troubleshoot why it happens on some clients. Its not as common for this to happen for individual returns but I've had several that did not recognize any of the questions asked. 

For a business return, I was told by Proseries the signer needs to use last 4 digits of EIN but to answer the questions using personal information. What address do they use? The business or personal address associated with the owner? Any help from someone who has troubleshooted this in the past is appreciated.
