I received the 4 states that I ordered with Pro Series Basic but when I went to e-file a completed return for Ohio (one of the 4) a message came up and said State License Limit had been Reached. and wanted me to Pay Per return. When I checked the state licenses under my Information/Prod Licenses it was wrong and showed NY instead of OH. I have the right states downloaded but I need the NY corrected to Ohio under the state status. How can I do this.?
