Anyone owning an Intuit product has a love/hate relationship with Intuit. Well, I guess the scale is tipped way over to the hate side of things in reality. Users despise Intuit support staff because overall they suck. Once in awhile you get lucky and get a knowledgeable person, but most of the time you end up with someone who doesn't know what day it is reading off of "cue cards" as they speak to you. And to add icing to the cake that we call Intuit, they never, ever seem to listen to its customers when they make suggestions or express frustrations. If you want Intuit to listen to you, you need to buy stock in Intuit. Making shareholders happy is their only mission in life.
