I paid $13.00 to convert a PDF 2021 to ProSeries software but  its been over 24 hours and no date transferred YET

customer support not knowable to figure out why the data showing on 2022   ProSeries

2021 ProSeries is not allowing me to transfer the date any longer

Sorry, unless an employee pops in that’s going to be a tech support issue and reimbursement. …. We’re all users here

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Sharing the information with other users  

Today I called Lacerte customer service and they verified that

ProSeries  does not convert PDF data,  conversion can be done only by data backup.

ProSeries needs to train their support on data conversion.

ProSeries will import PDF such as W2 and KI and other for the same year such as W2 2022 can be imported on 2022 ProSeries tax software .

Why is Lacerte support are more knowledgeable than ProSeries ?
