I have a married couple with a Qualified Joint Venture that I have been filing one Sch C with both names showing as Name of Proprietor and Pro series populates two Sch SE one in each of their names with 50% of the net income.

My concern is that the Sch C instructions says that two Sch Cs should be prepared, one for each spouse.

Does anyone have any experience with this. I have been doing this since tax year 2017 and they have not received a letter yet.
