I can pick up the foreign income earned over 2 months in sweden but can I get a credit for the Foreign income taxes paid if she can't meet their exclusion rules?

Taxpayer moved to Sweden 11/01/18 and earned $8,405 US but paid $2,406 US in Swedish taxes. Can I get a credit similar to the credit on Foreign Taxes paid on investments?
