Good afternoon

I have several clients incorporated as LLC **bleep** what they have on file. Called the number on the rejection and I have to call, for each one of the companies, a number (800-829-4933) having on hand the POA . It will be a nightmare, Does anyone know why it happens and how to overcome this without spending Hours pursuing a POA from people that ARE abroad and then calling the IRS? Thank you
