I can't get esignature to work, wont let me proceed to the next step after giving client details.

Yes. I am on the screen where you enter the email message. The "Next" box is not lit up so it doesn't allow me to proceed to the next screen. I haven't had any issue before today with this so I am stumped... and frustrated!
