This error comes up if the employer/payer database has become damaged. To replace those files:
- Close ProSeries
- Open the Windows File Explorer and navigate to X:\ProSeries\ProNet19\Common
- Rename the files eindb.cdx, eindb.dbf, eindb.ini, and ein.dat to eindbOLD.cdx, eindbOLD.dbf, eindbOLD.ini, and einOLD.dat
- Open ProSeries and attempt to enter an EIN on the W-2 Workstation.
