Every week have to go to tool hub and repair to be able to get into program. This should be a known issue and after this many weeks should be addressed to stop happening. Do you have any updates on when this will be fixed? This message gets your heart racing better than that first cup of coffee at 6am middle of March. Thank you.

That has never happened to me, although I have automatic updates turned off, and update manually a few times a week.
