I have a client in Philadelphia and she is required to complete the PHIL School Tax (Form SIT).  I wasn't required to enter a "PHTIN" on this form for 2021. For 2022, I'm required to add a # to this box.

Can anyone help me understand what this is and where to obtain it? Is it a ID # specific for my client?
