I am filing a return for a dormant C-Corporation. Income and expenses were $0 at the state level and in total. On DE From 1100, p-1 section 3-B, the form is looking to calculate the apportionment percentage, but all the amounts are $0. I end up having to force the percentage to 100%. Is there a way to do this without forcing the value of apportionment to 100%?
