Doesn't work.  Some like to catch up on family issues.  Some retired have no place to be so they're not busy.  Some have been clients for so long they want to just chat.  I was thinking of the hook from The Gong Show.  Maybe the ejection seat from a James Bond car.  I don't want to be a factory, but someone the client has a relationship with.  It just doesn't always work out.  But I also have 50% or so that do a Portal upload so in the end it all works out.
