Docusign seems to be failing authentication when some answers are being answered correctly from the Knowledge Base. As a workaround, I have been changing the sign in requirement to Authentication Code. Anybody have better ideas?

we are also having this problem. Lacerte Support has not been any help. We don't have the Authentication code as an option for some of our clients.
