Why in the past few years have many basic Massachusetts tax forms never approved until weeks into February?  Is this an issue with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue or Intuit?  I have several returns ready for e-filing but the Schedule OJC - Income Taxes Paid to Other Jurisdictions and M-2210 Underpayment of Estimated Taxes are still not EF Ready.  This happens every year.  

If the issue is with DOR, I will write to the Mass Society of CPA's as we have a Government Advocate that handles these things.  If the issue is with Intuit, let's get going!
