I am Preparing a NY Estate Tax Return. I have a Capital Gain on a sale of Rental Property of $58,000. Rental Loss of $10,000. Can I use NOL Carryforwards of $44,000 against the $48,000 of Income when filing NY Estate Tax Returen?
