Jim:

Go the the Schedule 3K-1 Worksheet and uncheck the Partnership Representative box.  Use the override function to do that.  WI for efiling is limiting the partnership representative to an individual.  Hopefully this will be fixed soon.  Look for an update to the program to remove that error message.
