why is my software making me pay per return when I purchased unlimited and my license shows as unlimited in the tools portion of the software
Try clicking on "license product" under tools
As I mentioned in my original post - I already checked license and is said I have unlimited and 4 states
It doesn’t matter what you purchased. Sometimes you have to remind the software of that. Do as Terry suggested
Trust me, I’ve done it 20 times. Doesn’t work
But you didn’t say that. That is the only way we have to fix that problem when it happens- and it happens fairly often. The only other route is to make the dreaded call to support.
F’n support. Every year this software does something stupid.
