I’ve been using IL 5 years or so…. When i log in, I get a choice of 3(realms). Everyone should be using the same one! Always! They don’t play nicely with each other when you mix and match

I only use one and have not had a problem in years. 
edit I’ve never fully mastered the integration between QB and PS. Shame that Intuit can’t keep all its sand in the sandbox….
