I am unable to open my Pro Basic 2022 program. I am receiving this message:

"Error loading C:/BasWin22/32bit/ProPrdList22.INI: Failed CRC check.

CRC of C:/BasWin22/32bit/ProPrdList22.INI contents does not match the
contents of C:/BasWin22/32bit/ProPrdList22.BIN."
 
Please help with a fix

same here, but with ProSeries Professional  ----

just reinstalled, that cleared it up.

Same error here for PS Professional.  Great way to start the morning.  Support doesn't open for another 2 hours...

We found it  and downloaded it and it worked. I guess that's why i have young people in my office. Just searched for the tool and downloaded it.

Run the Proseries Tool Hub and updates issues then it fixed the problem.
