Turn off the CAPS!

You can not batch file in PS Basic.

TRY THIS!!! Downlead the 2021 version of PS Basic, then use the restore function and transfer all your 2021 Pro PS to Basic PS, then use the transfer option in the 2022 PS basic to transfer clients as needed.
