I’ve been using Intuitlink for a few years… if they have their credentials from last year they should be able to log in without an invitation… so you shouldn’t have to invite them all. Those that lost their credentials send me a quick email and i send a new invitation
yes they could have done a better job but it’s pretty functional and when it works i can fit it into my workflow pretty well. Only 20-30% of my clientele have the ability to work in a paperless environment
If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
